Financial Management & Reporting
● Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
● Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliation
● Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance across departments
● Provide timely financial reports and insights to management
Budgeting & Planning
● Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts
● Track budget utilization and recommend cost-optimization strategies
● Support long-term financial planning aligned with business growth
Compliance & Governance
● Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and company policies
● Manage VAT, tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting
● Maintain strong internal financial controls and risk management practices
● Ensure financial operations align with halal and ethical business standards
Payroll & Vendor Management
● Oversee payroll processing, benefits, and employee-related financial matters
● Manage vendor payments, contracts, and financial obligations
● Coordinate with HR and Admin teams on compensation and operational costs
Corporate Finance Activities
● Prepare Corporate Finance documents for Investors
● Assist the Leadership to share investment and performance analysis deck to Investor
● Support fundraising, investment planning, and financial due diligence (if applicable)
● Assist in improving financial processes, tools, and systems for scalability
Education & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field MBA or CPA preferred.
● 1 + to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
● Experience in startups, tech companies, or fast-growing organizations is a plus
Skills & Competencies
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
● Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel / Google Sheets
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills
● Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
● Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, HR, and operations teams
