We’re hiring a Sales Lead – Brand Partnerships & Digital Ad Monetization to take full ownership of our media sales growth.

Kahf Ads is a next-generation ethical advertising engine powering the digital monetization of the Kahf ecosystem – a suite of Shariah-aligned platforms including Mahfil, Kahf Browser, Kahf Guard, Muslims Day, and Hikmah. With 100M+ monthly impressions and growing toward 500M+ in the Bangladesh market alone, we are building a global halal ad infrastructure for conscious brands and consumers.

We are now seeking an elite Sales Lead to take command of our ad monetization efforts in Bangladesh – someone who can close strategic brand partnerships, fill large volumes of inventory, and scale revenues with surgical precision.

Position Summary

The Sales Lead – will serve as the principal revenue driver for Kahf Ads in Bangladesh. This role demands a high-performing, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in media sales, digital inventory monetization, and brand-level deal-making.

You will be entrusted with the mission-critical goal of filling 500M+ monthly ad impressions, owning the full sales cycle from strategic planning to deal closure and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed monthly ad revenue and inventory sales targets, contributing directly to Kahf Ads’ national revenue objectives.

  • Initiate, lead, and close high-value deals with Bangladesh’s top brands, digital-first companies, ad agencies, and corporate advertisers.

  • Develop and present custom media packages and seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, Sports, Elections, etc.) aligned with client goals.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM systems and provide accurate weekly/monthly forecasts and performance reports.

  • Collaborate closely with the Ads Operations team to ensure flawless campaign setup, tracking, pacing, and optimization.

  • Contribute to the design of media products, ad formats, and monetization strategies to enhance value for both advertisers and publishers.

  • Represent Kahf Ads at brand meetings, conferences, industry events, and strategic discussions with C-level clients. 

Candidate Requirements Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, ad inventory monetization, or brand partnerships.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and close large-scale advertising deals with brands, agencies, telecoms, FMCGs, fintechs, or NGOs.

  • Deep domain knowledge of CPM-based pricing models, ad delivery mechanics, media buying/selling, and campaign analytics.

  • Prior experience with ad networks, SSPs, DSPs, or premium publishers highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

    • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; capable of influencing executive decision-makers.

    • Highly skilled in media planning, cross-channel ad packaging, and performance-based selling.

    • Strong command of CRM tools, sales performance dashboards, and revenue reporting systems.

    • A high-performance mindset with uncompromising ownership of revenue outcomes.

Working Days & Hours

  • Work Days: 5 days per week (Sunday – Thursday)
  • Days Off: Friday & Saturday
  • Office Hours: 9 hours daily (including breaks)
  • Work Mode: In-Office (Dhaka Office)

Salary & Benefits

Competitive, negotiable salary: BDT 100,000 – 200,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
